Demmer Manufacturing is a family-owned, private investment firm focusing on companies that specialize in precision machining and metal fabrication. Since 2010, our portfolio has consisted of a diverse collection of middle-market manufacturing companies that serve clients in the aerospace, medical, electronic, industrial automation, and defense industries. However, our experience in these applications can be traced back to 1951. This is when the Demmer Corporation was founded: first to provide precision design and building of components for automotive and aerospace applications before shifting focus to serve the military and defense industries.
