Our roots stretch back to 1951 with the founding of the Demmer Corporation in Lansing, Michigan. For decades, the company continued to expand, becoming heavily invested in the design and precision manufacturing of components for the military and defense industries. This changed in 2010 when Demmer Manufacturing refocused as a private family-owned firm focused on middle-market precision manufacturing companies. We acquired Jonaco Machine, Quality Tool, Intrex Aerospace, Palmer Engineering, and ELO Engineering and have spent more than a decade investing in their success.
