Demmer Manufacturing grew out of the Demmer Corporation, which was founded in 1951 and grew to become a leader in the precision design and fabrication of components for the military and defense industry. In 2010, we pivoted to investments in middle-market precision machining and fabrication serving clients across strategic industries. Leveraging more than 70 years of experience, Demmer Manufacturing’ strategy is to bring the resources and insight that our portfolio companies need to thrive. Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships requires that we set up investment criteria that differ from those of many other private equity companies.
